Participation Agreement & Liability Waiver

1. Acknowledgment of Farm Risks

I understand that **Barefoot on Farm** is a working 25-acre farm. Risks include, but are not limited to: uneven terrain, mud, pond/water hazards, insects (bees/wasps), unpredictable weather, and contact with vegetation that may cause allergic reactions. I agree to provide my child with appropriate footwear (closed-toe) and sun/insect protection.

2. Activity-Specific Risks

Archery: Use of bows and arrows involves inherent risks. Participants must follow all safety whistle commands and range rules at all times.
DIY & Arts (Tools): Under supervision, children may use basic hand tools, hammers, and sandpaper for craft projects. Improper use can lead to minor injuries (scrapes, bruises).
Gardening & Baking: Interaction with soil, kitchen appliances (ovens/mixers), and sharp gardening tools is required.

3. Medical Authorization

In the event of an emergency, I hereby give permission to the staff of **Barefoot on Farm** to secure medical treatment for my child, including transport to a hospital. I confirm that my child is physically fit to participate in vigorous outdoor activity.

4. Media Release

I grant **Barefoot on Farm** permission to use photographs or videos of my child taken during camp activities for promotional purposes (website, social media, and brochures).
