Soft Launch Promotion

Secure our current rates by May 31st. Prices are subject to increase for bookings made after this date.

We host Daytime Events only between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM. All booked time is inclusive of your setup and cleanup.

$110 / hour

πŸ—“οΈ Holiday & Long Weekend Rates

A holiday premium applies to Statutory Holidays and Long Weekend Mondays (including Victoria Day, Canada Day, and Thanksgiving). Please inquire for specific holiday package pricing.

Note on Scheduling: To ensure the studio is pristine for every guest, we maintain a cleaning window between bookings. All guests must depart by 7:00 PM.

How can I secure my booking? ↓
A reservation deposit (50% of the total rent)is required to secure your date. This deposit goes towards your final balance, which must be paid two weeks prior to your event.
Is there staff available on-site during my event? ↓
We will greet you at the start of your booking to ensure the space is set up and you have everything you need. While staff are not present during the actual event to ensure your privacy, we are always reachable and on-site if an urgent need arises.
What is your cancellation policy? ↓
$300 Reservation deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations within 7 days are not eligible for a total refund.
Is Special Event Insurance required? ↓

Yes. To protect our guests and the property, we require all hosts to obtain Special Event Liability Insurance (minimum $2M coverage) naming "Barefoot on Farm" as additionally insured.

Recommended Provider: Duuo

Most of our clients use Duuo.ca. It is a quick, online-only process that usually costs between $20–$50 depending on guest count.

Digital Policy Required

A copy of your insurance certificate must be emailed to us at least 7 days before your event date.

Venue & Amenities

What is the capacity and seating? ↓
Our 2,500 sq. ft. space accommodates up to 45 guests total. We provide formal seating (chairs and tables) for up to 36 guests.
Can we use the kitchen? ↓

Absolutely. You have access to a full kitchen including a fridge, stove, and vent. You are more than welcome to use the space for food storage, plating, and light warming.

Note: To keep our studio fresh, we do not allow heavy frying or pungent-smelling cooking on-site. We recommend bringing food pre-prepared or using professional catering services.

What is your alcohol policy? ↓
We are generally an alcohol-free venue. However, we may approve alcohol service upon discussion. If agreed, you must provide a Special Occasion Permit (SOP) and Special Event Insurance naming the venue as additionally insured.

Decor & Rules

What are the decoration rules? ↓

To preserve our boutique studio's renovated finishes, we have a strict No Nails and No Tape policy on all walls. We also ask that you do not use confetti, glitter, gender-reveal bombs, or open-flame candles.

We offer a variety of free-standing backdrops, golden arches, and pedestals that don't require any tape or nails.

Who handles the cleaning? ↓
The Renter is responsible for cleaning the Venue after the event and during the Rental Period. The Party room and guests used outside must be returned in "broom clean" condition. All trash must be bagged and placed in the designated farm bins.

Venue & Amenities

Can I play music? ↓

Indoor music and noise must remain at a reasonable level and cease by 7:00 PM to comply with Flamborough rural noise by-laws. No outdoor music allowed.

Do you provide plates and cutlery? ↓

We do not provide tableware or glasses. Clients are responsible for bringing in their own plates, cutlery, and glassware for their event.

Do we have extra time to set up or clean up? ↓

Your booked time slot is inclusive of your setup and cleanup. If you need more time, additional hours can be purchased in advance, provided availability allows.

Are outside vendors allowed? ↓

Of course! We just require the company names and contact information prior to the event. Please note that all outside rentals must be picked up within your time slot and cannot be stored at the studio unless approved in advance.
